It's hard to believe but in the past year we've added four people to our team in product, engineering, customer success and business development positions. This makes ten people supporting the 6,000+ motorsport events our club, racetrack and sanctioning body customers promote and manage.

It’s been a busy summer here at MotorsportReg as we continue to work towards some big improvements later this year. In fact, did you see the sneak peek of the new on-site check-in prototype we’re testing? We’re pretty excited about it! We’ll be testing this prototype at a few key events throughout this year.

Back on April 24th Jonathan Guzzo signed up for an autocross with the Golden Gate Chapter of the BMW CCA and became our 1.5 millionth registration! Very proud moment for all of us here at MotorsportReg and fitting that it came from our very first customer way back in 2002- the Golden Gate Chapter.

We first published this blog post back in 2015. A lot has changed since then and we asked our expert, Greg Cirillo, to give us an update. Greg is the Founding Member of HCH Legal, a law firm based in Bethesda, Maryland. In addition to handling the occasional unmanned aircraft legal matter, Greg has a multinational practice representing owners and operators of private aircraft in purchase, sale, leasing, financing, regulatory and tax compliance matters. Greg also holds an SCCA National Competition License and races his #50 Spec Racer Ford with the Washington, D.C. Region of the SCCA.
