As your trusted motorsports partner, we're constantly seeking new ways to increase your profitability. We know that every penny matters, which is why we're thrilled to introduce our latest feature: Fee Pass-Through.

Fee Pass-through allows you the choice to transfer all payment processing fees to your attendee. This functionality has been asked for by many organizers over the years and we're happy to make it available to those who wish to utilize it. 

What does this look like from your attendee’s perspective? To ensure a smooth and user-friendly experience for your customers, we’ve clearly outlined the fees for each payment method during checkout. This empowers attendees to choose the most cost-effective option while providing complete transparency on upfront costs. The Fee Pass-Through feature applies to events charged at registration, waitlisted, or deferred. If a registration is modified, the processing fee will be recalculated based on the current rates.

Example of your attendees' Fee Pass-through Experience 

To begin using Fee Pass-through, head to Settings >> Account Options and check the Fee Pass-Though box.

Note: Fee Pass-Through's default is "off", meaning nothing changes unless your organization decides it would like to pass through payment processing fees to attendees. An admin from your organization must enable this feature if desired, and it will only apply to registrations which occur after the feature is enabled. 

The addition of Fee Pass-Through paves the way for upcoming enhancements to our platform.

Soon, registrants will have the option to simply add cancellation coverage - with one click - directly from the MSR checkout page.

Offering Registration Cancellation Insurance has shown a 46% reduction in refund requests, significantly easing the burden on your administrative team. This allows for a smoother registration process and frees up your team to focus on what's really important, the experience your drivers and riders will have.

What do you, the organizer, have to do?

Absolutely nothing. After purchasing coverage, registrants will receive a confirmation email from Vertical Insure, which includes detailed instructions on how to file a claim and answers to common questions. If they need further assistance, they can easily reach out to support@verticalinsure.com, where the support team is ready to help with any concerns.

Your attendees can view cards, print, and see their credential history!

This feature is disabled by default. You must enable it for your credentials.
