Today, we're introducing Profile Sharing, a new way to give someone you trust permission to register you for events, manage your registrations, and keep your profile information up to date—all from their own MotorsportReg account.
No more sharing passwords, juggling logins, or creating duplicate profiles just to get everyone signed up.
One account. More ways to register together.
With Profile Sharing, you can give other MotorsportReg users access to your profile so they can register for events on your behalf.
Here are a few ways it makes life easier:
- For racing teams: Let your team manager handle event registrations for the whole team, while each person keeps their own profile, vehicles, and registration history.
- For families: Give another parent or family member access to register you or your children for upcoming events.
- For groups of friends: Have one person coordinate registrations for your next track day, autocross, or weekend event.
Once someone has access to your profile, they can select you during event registration, complete your registration, pay for you with their payment methods, and manage your information without ever needing your password.
And because you can share your profile with more than one person, you're not limited to having just one person help.
Your profile stays yours
Sharing your profile doesn't mean giving up control.
You decide who can access your profile, and you can remove that access at any time. People you've shared with can register you and update your information, but they can't give anyone else access to your profile.
Your saved payment methods also remain private. Someone registering you can use their own payment methods without accessing your saved cards.
It's a simpler way to coordinate registrations while keeping everyone in control of their own account.
Getting started is easy
Ready to share your profile?
- Log in to MotorsportReg and open My Account.
- Find your profile and select Give access.
- Enter the email address of the person you'd like to share with.
That's it! If the email matches an eligible MotorsportReg account, they'll immediately be able to register you for events using their own login.
You can also use Request access to ask someone to share their profile with you.
