Q: I put a future credit on an attendee’s account. Where can they see it and how does it get applied? A: An attendee can view credits on their account by doing the following:
- Click on the My Account tab
- Select Edit My Information
- Select Credits (it’s the first link on the left at the top of the page) or just look under the Outstanding Credit category header.
Applicable credits are automatically applied to an attendee’s payment when they register for another event with your organization. You can set restrictions on credits to enable them to only be available for a specific time period or event. Click here for more information on credits,
