Sell credential renewals

You can now sell credential renewals from your registration form. You also have more ways you can merchandise and price your credential packages. For example, you can create separate packages for a new purchase and a renewal and price them differently. With renewals you can also configure how many days before and after expiration a member is able to purchase the at the renewal price.

Credential Webhooks

Today we pushed live a few new fixes and features.
  • We have added new Webhooks for Credentials. If your organization is using our Credentials system, you can now setup webhooks to be sent when credentials are created or updated.
  • We’ve improved the contrast of the main navigation to make it easier to see the navigation icons.
  • You can now add a column to your attendee reports for the photo of the attendee. This column will provide you with a URL of the attendee profile photo for use in mail merges.

Edit Entries From Batch List

This morning we pushed live a significant step forward in our batch list screens–you can now make updates to entries directly from the list. This introduces a loved feature from the classic version. But we didn’t just bring it forward, we made it even better.

You can now use your keyboard to move through the list and make updates to the attendee status, classes, groups, and vehicle numbers. Fewer clicks, faster updates, and less work.

Mailing List Integration + Tech Sessions

We have two new features to tell you about today: mailing list integrations and a new "Tech Sessions" event type. 

  • Several months ago we released Webhooks which allows for tighter integration with other systems. Today we're sharing a step by step document on how to use Webhooks to integrate MotorsportReg with your mailing list (Mailchimp, Constant Contact, etc.).
  • We've also added a new "Tech Sessions" event type to help attendees more easily find events such as vehicle tech inspections or tech learning sessions.
