You can preview what this page looks like for any of your events by going to your event settings and under "Event Links" you will find a link to preview your event.

Other notable features and fixes we have recently released:

  • Improved support for land rush registration events. We now reserve inventory items for 15 minutes while attendees complete their payment. This helps avoid overselling when you have hard inventory caps.
  • Calendar events can now have a custom title instead of defaulting to "Organization Name @ Venue."
  • The "Remember Me" function when logging in to your account can now be used on multiple devices.
  • A number of small bug fixes and enhancements to the new form builder including improving the ability to drop an item to the bottom of your form, cloning entry products now clones all properties,

Posted by Chris Redrich on Feb 3, 2021 1:05:40 PM

We released the following improvements today:

  • You can now disable SpeedWaiver on a per-event basis by going to your Event Settings and then Text & Copy. This will remove the SpeedWaiver block from your registration form for events that don't require a waiver signature.
  • We fixed a bug where event images were being resized incorrectly in some cases. This fixes all previously uploaded images so no additional action is required.

Automating E-Waivers and more

Posted by Chris Redrich on Jan 6, 2021 12:32:54 PM

If your organization is using SpeedWaiver, everyone who registers will have the option to sign their waiver electronically when they register for an event. All attendees who opt-in will receive a text message with an invite link from SpeedWaiver to sign your waiver(s).

This removes the need for you to email the SpeedWaiver link out manually and ensures that your attendee list accurately shows who has signed the waiver.

We have also released a few other fixes:

  1. We fixed a few minor bugs related to credential audit logs. This should resolve a few cases where it was not possible to view the audit log for a credential.
  2. We fixed a bug where the "Help" icon did not function.

SpeedWaivers integrated to attendees list

Posted by Chris Redrich on Nov 18, 2020 3:40:01 PM

Today brings an exciting set of enhancement for organizations who have signed up for SpeedWaiver. Since we launched SpeedWaiver, you have had to look in Settings to find people who have signed waivers electronically. That changes today.

You can now view an entire list of everyone who has signed waivers through SpeedWaiver directly in the Attendees list. Here's how it works:

  • There is a new column called “Is waiver signed?” which will display as “Signed” when a person has signed their waiver via SpeedWaiver or a waiver page number has been entered in check-in or “Not signed” if they have not yet signed a waiver.
  • A new filter called “Participant Category” allows you to include Guests in the Attendees list. Guests are people who signed a waiver with SpeedWaiver but do not match the name of a registered attendee.
  • There are new SpeedWaiver columns you can add to the attendees list to include details about the waiver such as a download link, photo link, etc.
  • If a person signs a waiver with the same name as a registration, these columns will display the status of their e-waiver.

We're excited to continue to bring a deeper integration of SpeedWaiver into MotorsportReg. Next we'll be working on integration SpeedWaiver into the Check-In screen so that you can easily check-in both attendees and guests.
