* The "Find Events" calendar has been updated so geographic location is first based on the attendee's profile address when signed in. This provides closer, more relevant events. We will continue to fallback to an IP-address based location as a default.

Over the past few weeks, the MotorsportReg Product and Engineering team have released minor but impactful product updates and bug fixes throughout the platform.

This week the team released optimization upgrades to some of the Detail Reports (One Pagers). This should alleviate some of the slowness or timeouts that some organizations were experiencing. The reports impacted by the updates are:

We have made updates to our Event Type list within MSR. This was to make sure we are accommodating growing segments on the platform and make it easier for attendees to find your events! Here are the recently added Event Types:

As the popularity of endurance racing continues to increase, it has been added as a new "Event Type" within MSR.

Today we released an exciting new enhancement to SpeedWaiver and MotorsportReg. You can now view the status of a signed SpeedWaiver in the check-in process. Watch a full demo of this exciting new functionality on the MotorsportReg blog.

Back in February we published a blog post all about our upcoming new attendee registration experience. Today we launched the first part of this all new experience to a small portion of visitors along with a full preview for event organizers like you.

You can preview what this page looks like for any of your events by going to your event settings and under "Event Links" you will find a link to preview your event. 

Other notable features and fixes we have recently released: 

• Improved support for land rush registration events. We now reserve inventory items for 15 minutes while attendees complete their payment. This helps avoid overselling when you have hard inventory caps. 
• Calendar events can now have a custom title instead of defaulting to "Organization Name @ Venue."
• The "Remember Me" function when logging in to your account can now be used on multiple devices.
• A number of small bug fixes and enhancements to the new form builder including improving the ability to drop an item to the bottom of your form, cloning entry products now clones all properties,
