- Added Tesla to the vehicle make list (lucky!)
- When editing a registration as an admin with the form, display a warning if you try to navigate away without saving
- Improve how success/error messages are displayed in the Student-Instructor editor
- Fix bug where a credit restricted to both a specific event and event type would initially display as though it would be applied twice but would leave behind a partial balance due (Thanks Anne @ CASC)
