Credentials Improvements

Posted by Brian Ghidinelli on Oct 9, 2018 10:31:55 PM

Over the last week we have released several enhancements that we think you'll be excited to hear about.

  • For organizations with more than 10 Credentials, we've made it easier to filter by the type of credentials by displaying the credentials in columns.
  • When adding a credential to a member profile, you can now search for the credential type. This is helpful for organizations with a long list of licenses and credentials.
  • We've made it easier for attendees who hold membership in multiple organizations to add new vehicles when registering for your events. When an attendee adds a new vehicle, they will only be required to enter the custom vehicle questions for your club when registering.

Posted by Brian Ghidinelli on Sep 21, 2018 1:39:36 PM

A few improvements went live today:

  • We have made it easier for you to access Help when you need it. When you click Help, we'll suggest some Help articles that might answer your question. If those don't work, simply click "Get In Touch" to send our team a message.
  • The 48 states K&K waiver report has been updated to the most up to date waiver language from K&K. We also added a new K&K waiver report option for organizations in Wisconsin.

Today we released an improvement to the all screens where you can/must select an event from a list. Admin Lock Override, Image URL updates, REST API filter

Posted by Brian Ghidinelli on Mar 21, 2018 12:56:04 AM
  • The package/question/assigner lock date prevented attendees and admins from changing the value after the cutoff date. Admins can now edit these values using the registration form.
  • Post-registration edits no longer reset fields not collected or set by an assigner. This allows unused fields (e.g., class modifier) to be repurposed safely.
  • "Protocol-less" image URLs that start with "//dl.motorsportreg.com/..." are now hardcoded securely to "https://dl.motorsportreg.com" for better security and so they work outside of the browser in reports/Excel.
  • REST API resource "/calendars/organization/{id}" now supports a start and end date filter for returning a subset of your events.
