Map-based Parking, Assignment Report Filters

Here's what went live Friday:

We launched a map-based parking/camping service today! See the first version at https://RunoffsParking.MotorsportReg.com
Whether payment is deferred or not, credit cards are now stored on file should an order total change and a balance become due
Assignments reports now offer an "Exclude if in Segment" option to let you query for "Assignments in Segment A which are not also in Segment B"
Attendee and Assignment livequery reports now notify that additional fields are available once an event is selected to ensure you see all of the options

And the following fixes:

Fix "all/none/toggle" links in Firefox/Chrome for registration status and member types on assignments and instructor screens
We updated our REST API to fix a threading issue and improve performance
