- Account merges now handle profiles subscribed to the same mailing list - more merges will complete successfully
- Refunds were ending on a blank white screen - fixed
- Refunds - also corrected some language, improved performance and now displaying amount previously refunded for partial refunds

- Creating a discount with an invalid code would result in a meatball - now displays a proper error message
