Control Segments on Attendee List

Tonight we released an oft-requested enhancement:

Control which segments appear in the public attendee list from Settings -> Attendee List! (This complements the ability to control the order in which they appear on the Settings -> Segments screen)
For very large events with > 750 assignments, we now prompt you to filter to improve your web browser performance with lots of records.

And the following fixes:

Repeat membership and license verifications could obtain incorrect results from a cache under load. This could have led to false positive or false negative answers.
