In light of the COVID-19 outbreak, we have introduced additional new features that help you communicate and process the tasks that are required when cancelling events.
- You can now process refunds in bulk by navigating to the Refunds & Credits screen in your Event Settings. This screen now allows you to issue a Refund or Credit to all attendees.
- Cancelling an event now flags/marks your event on the calendar as cancelled so you no longer need to modify the title of your event.
- We've updated the API to include a new "cancelled" attribute and a filter (exclude_cancelled=true) that will filter out cancelled events from your API calls.
- We are using a brand-new Google feature to indicate when your event has been cancelled to influence how it appears in search results.
