A smorgasbord of small fixes:

• Form Builder was not loading for IE11 users (however we recommend to use IE Edge)
• Safari 11 was not able to edit Assigners in the Form Builder
• File uploader widget has been updated to the latest version
• BMW CCA pre-printed liability waiver language has been updated and approved by Lockton-Affinity
• A few screens, like the number list, were using old profile status icons. All remaining instances have been updated for consistency.
• Fixed the student-instructor assigner tool to not throw an error when attempting to view by classes or groups when none exist
• Improved the new attendee support question email formatting and subject to include the senders name
