Fee Pass-through allows you the choice to transfer payment processing fees* to your attendee. This functionality has been asked for by many organizers over the years, and we're happy to make it available to those who wish to utilize it. *Fee Pass-Through does not include additional American Express fees*
What does this look like from your attendees’ perspective? To ensure a smooth and user-friendly experience for your customers, we’ve clearly outlined the fees for each payment method during checkout. This empowers attendees to choose the most cost-effective option while providing complete transparency on upfront costs. The Fee Pass-Through feature applies to events charged at registration, waitlisted, or deferred. If a registration is modified, the processing fee will be recalculated based on the current rates.

Fee Pass-Through's default is "off", meaning nothing changes unless your organization decides it would like to pass through payment processing fees to attendees. An admin from your organization must enable this feature if desired, and it will only apply to registrations that occur after the feature is enabled.
To turn on and begin using Fee Pass-through, and admin must contact our Support Team at support@motorsportreg.com, and we will get your account set up.
